History

In January 2006 several members in the Derby, Castle Donington and Loughborough area, belonging to the National Unitarian Fellowship, came together to form a new fellowship that would be able to meet together once each month for a short devotional time followed by an invited speaker or more usually one from within their own number, and ending with a period of discussion. From the orginal four they have grown steadily, welcoming new members from the local area. The group continue meeting in members' homes in Castle Donington.

The National Unitarian Fellowship (see Unitarian links) is designed for Unitarians who do not have a local meeting place. They have their own publications and other regular alternatives for keeping in touch.
